How Did He Shoot That?

It is of course not possible for a photographer to be in the pool during a swimming competition,but that doesn’t stop a determined photographer getting the picture!I have worked on this problem over a number of years,and got it down to a fine art.

By the way, I have mine own logic as to how the photographer manage to get that picture "Could it be that when the cameraman recorded it, then went back home to play the video back in slow-motion and then take the picture ? I didn't mean that he edited / doctored it. But it could be that he didn't not take the picture right when the swimmer jump into the swimming pool."
